
Taking a more proactive approach, Mike and Dave talk about the measures they've taken to prepare for less-than-ideal market conditions in this Brand Report episode. We also made good headway on the content website we are launching this month–yes, this month! After several setbacks, I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. For me, I worked on improving my margins, which included taking out an Amazon loan and fully transitioning to AGL. It's definitely a tedious process, but worth it.
