Episode description

Once per week or so I love to go live on Zoom in the Facebook group with whoever can join me and answer as many ecommerce and Amazon selling related questions as possible. Recently, we recorded one of these sessions for you.   In this segment, Jim offers suggestions for new sellers - listen to podcasts (silentjim.com/podcast) and get a free copy of his Silent Sales Machine book. Jim also discusses repricers, the definition of a Replen and RevSeller  (provenamazoncourse.com/revseller)     Jim explains how Smart Scout (silentjim.com/ss) is the tool of preference when doing wholesale - visit provenwholesalesourcing.com (this course is included in the PAC). This is a more complicated tool to use whereas Keepa is the basic sourcing tool (Podcast #369) that everyone should start with!   Jim recommends the "OAS course" at oasimplified.com as the place to learn how to use Tactical Arbitrage (TA). He also recommends a new course called provenbotsourcing.com, which teaches how to "scrape" any retail website in order to create your own lists for sourcing   Jim explains the safety certificates that Amazon requires for toys. The summary is to treat toys like any other Replen and get ready because Q4 is coming!   The guest asks Jim about the best way to gauge inventory and how much to send in - Replen Dashboard is an excellent program that helps with this!   The guest shares some struggles and mistakes (buying a pallet) and Jim encourages her with some positive feedback and suggestions on what to do at this point to get headed in the right direction!   Jim talks about his Silent Sales Machine book and how it gives the history of where he got to where he is today.   Jim discusses buy lists and tanking prices   One of the MST Coaches, Robin, talks about the Kick Start Boot Camp and what all that entails! It's four 1 hour weekly Zoom
